I was quite impressed with Robin as soon as I met her. She was very professionally dressed, very nice and knew exactly what we needed to do to sell this home. She worked with me a couple times a week knowing the stress. Robin again kept me very informed of everything that was going on until the end when we walked at Southern Title. Robin was absolutely wonderful. She was always communicating with me on every little change notifying me of papers that needed signed things that they needed working very hard to find me a Home with all the obstacles that I had to go through. I couldn’t ask for a better real estate agent.

Robin was such a patient and reassuring advocate for our family as we searched for the right home to fit some unique needs. She always made herself available to assist us, even when it was not most convenient for her. Robin’s knowledge of the market and of home purchasing and ownership were extremely valuable to us as first time homebuyers. We have made some great memories together and now that we have a home to make our own, we look forward to keeping in touch with Robin as we settle down as a family. She was always thinking of our little girls and making them feel part of the process as well. The homemade treats she brought to closing were fantastic and we hope to get more baked goodies from her in the future! What a great experience.

Robin was absolutely amazing! She's was professional, quick to respond to questions, provided updates often, always available, very informative, thoroughly researched the property, provided excellent guidance and resources, incredibly knowledgeable, very attentive, crystal clear communicator and most of all remarkably kind. Above all, she is an extremely skilled negotiator. Robin was our very own MMA fighter, as she let us know she would fight hard for us. We had a price in mind, she validate it with her own research and acuity; then few days later, we were ecstatic to hear the great news. We were blissfully unaware of the back-and-forth negotiations between her and the seller's agent. On top of that, a week later, after inspections, we had a revised price in mind, and she did it all again! We couldn't be happier with Robin or the deal she made for us.

Robin is very good at what she does. You need to do whatever you have to do to keep her.

Honestly, Robin made our entire experience better. She was prompt, professional, and informative! We absolutely loved the baked goods she personally made for our housewarming! She is a definite asset to your company. I will always recommend Robin to any and all of my family and friends that are looking to buy or sell their home. Robin did a great job for us. We were from out of state and bought our last house 47 years ago. Things had changed greatly since then. Local laws and issues were things we had no idea about so Robin helped with things we needed to be aware of and needed to consider. Robin guided us through the process and manage to find a house that had all but one thing on our wish list. It also had one significant item we didn't care for. Like they say house buying is compromises. Since then that item has become something we wouldn't give up. Robin was always patient with the challenges we presented trying to deal with us remotely. Robin Walker is the Best!! We found her easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We lived out of state when we were looking for a house here in Mansfield,Ohio. So it was hard for us to come and see all of the houses we were interested in. Robin would do a video walk through with us via FaceTime. She pointed out both the pluses and the negative. We trusted her and together we found our forever home. She also sent tips on what to do when buying and selling a home. Little things that you might not know. Robin is the BEST! I have found my go-to girl! She was always happy and helpful and calm in all situations even if the bank was making things stressful! She listened to all of my wishes and concerns with the home buying process and was able to address them with knowledge and experience. I give Robin 10 stars out of 5! Thanks to her, buying a house in today’s market was doable! After only two weekends of looking and putting in bids, we finally found our dream home :). During the times when we were searching, Robin was available 24/7! She made it her mission to help us find the best home  Additionally, Robin brought us her delicious homemade cookies every time we went to look at homes. She always kept a positive outlook on the whole experience and she never gave up looking. At the closing, Robin sent us home with three containers of her most amazing homemade cookies, and a full pan of tiramisu! She wasn’t just our realtor, but a friend for life! She is a wonderful person who TRULY cares about her clients! We will forever be grateful to her :)

Robin Walker is a breath of fresh air and a definite 5 Star sales agent. While my property was in Mansfield. I had moved to Florida. She kept me well informed and allowed me to take care of the paper work on the computer. I felt she got a fair price and worked very well with the buyer and myself.

Robin is exceptional! Robin is extremely professional but friendly and easy to talk to. After one meeting you feel like she’s been your friend for years. I’m hoping this is the last home we buy but if not Robin will be the one I reach out to!

Robin was excellent!

Robin is a great realtor. Her over 20 years experience of reality will help everyone work out in this reality market. We are Asian and we have language barrier, but Robin was patient with our language and she never hesitated to explain again and again till we understood. On every home visit schedule, she arrived earlier than us. Her advice and support smoothed the process of home buying. She also helped us and joined with a bank to get approval for a home loan. Because of her, we got a house. It was truly a blessing for knowing her and working with her. I will definitely recommend her and refer her to my friends. I wish her to have more success and achievements in her career.

From the very beginning, Robin always had our best interests in mind and was always right on the ball in terms of finding a potential home for us.
